Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are packed and shipped from Harvey, Louisiana, USA.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue and assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. However, we’re committed to helping our customers reach a fair resolution whenever possible.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
